RETURN POLICY

Returning your gita

If you are not satisfied with your gita, you can request a return within 30 days of receipt of your gita. Because of the size and weight of the gita, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges you may have paid to receive your gita. All returns are subject to a $500 restocking fee. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on your location. Please note that a refund is not available for gitas purchased for commercial use.

If your gita is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts or accessories, or otherwise has signs of abuse or excessive wear, PFF reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at PFF’s sole discretion. This Return Policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents, subject to our Terms of Sale.

We will issue your refund within ten (10) business days of our receipt of your returned gita. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original method of payment only.

Returning accessories

All accessories, excluding final sale items, may be returned for a refund within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your accessories. If you decide to return your accessories, you are liable for the return postage and responsible for the safe return of the accessories to us, and your return will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Accessories must be unused and in their original packaging. If you would like a different item, you may follow the return process to refund your original item, then place a new order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

While we'd be sorry to see you go, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase please contact us at Support. Once your cancellation is processed you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment in ten (10) business days. After 24 hours we are unable to make updates to your order and the terms of our Return Policy will apply.
