Personal Information That You Provide:

We collect personal information when you provide it to us or otherwise interact with the Services such as when you contact us with inquiries or purchase a gita™ robot, when you register to create an account with us, or when you subscribe to our newsletter. The personal information collected during these interactions may vary based on what you choose to share with us, but it will generally include name, email address, postal address, and the financial information necessary to ensure payments can be processed by the ecommerce provider and payment processor we employ, such as Shopify or Stripe (each, a “Third Party Processor”). Accordingly, in addition to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, information related to your purchases is also processed according to such Third Party Processors’ privacy policies.

In certain circumstances providing personal information is optional. However, if you choose not to provide personal information that is needed to use some features of our Services, you may be unable to use those features.

We have pages on social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn (“Social Media Pages”). When you interact with our Social Media Pages, we will collect personal information that you elect to provide to us, such as your contact details. In addition, the companies that host our Social Media Pages may provide us with aggregate information and analytics regarding our users’ use of our Social Media Pages.

Log Data

In particular, we may collect information related to your use of gita™, including distance, location trends, cycle time, and information and data registered by the accelerometers and other instruments used by gita™.

Vendors and Service Providers
